Of course I saw it. It looks this date will be privileged for big announcements of CN/CN based coins. It looks like CryptoNote Foundation did not want to lose this date for announcement and the other ideas, information will come/uncover later on. I am looking forward to seeing what happens in 4th July 2015.
I think that's good they've announced foundation the same day when BCN was announced 2 years ago.
