There are now lots of interesting approaches to anonymity and new MIL
presents another one. Whether it will be revolutionary remains to be seen,
but it is certainly cutting edge stuff.
The actual development is in finishing stages unless something weird pops up, and what
remains to be done is testing and completing work with the user interface.
