So basically after 8 hours of mining the conclusions are as fallow:
- first 2 payment request : 1 arrived, one don't.  Lost 150 coins
- second 2 payment request : both arrived, 4k coins received.
- wallet sync ok
- transactions: almost instantly
- you have no control or fine tuning of the miner (in my case loosing around 35-40%of my power)
