Reasons,
1.Insane prices to ship from US and pay toll and taxes.
2. And Ztex offers better guarantees and discounts.

Well I think somebody will end up being a EU reseller with manageable prices and no import duty etc. Reasons,

But ZTEX offers 2 year warranty while BFL only 6 months
