I think those who refund the Neptune and bought 20BTC have already got the best possible outcome if they are interested in BTC. As BTC is around $450 right now, it's still a great time to get out and buy coins instead of trying to mine them.

Anyone fully aware of the facts and happy to lose money, then that is fine by me. But they shouldn't be on here complaining if they made that decision to be content to lose their money.
People being sad about no roi should be very aware that was always how it would turn out. See a zillion previous posts which said this would be the case. It's no surprise, unless they had their fingers in their ears for the last 7 months.
