0.1 ANG of every block, will go to foundation address, for a long-term support of the coin.

After ALL blocks mined dev recives 1000 coins. It's ok.
But I hope there is no hidden premine.
This is misleading. Dev needs to state that there is in fact a 1% premine. Its just not generated in the first block thats all. After 7 days of mining then the 1% will exist for the dev. Same shit IMO.
