Hey man, that's not what I wrote in the chat.
I don't do "WTF"s, dozens of exclamation marks and stuff like that so if you wan't to quote me do it properly. And if you want to transmit a message, use words in a sentence, don't just throw "Upgrade failed" in there like that is supposed to mean something.

We decide to shift the hardfork to block 241920 because some minor bugs with the new voting system which cause syncing problems for some users. So after block 241920 the new fees will be appiled.
We are so busy with the next updates so the announcement is little short and confusing. Sorry for any convenience.
