When we dropped down the block confirmation time from 90 seconds down to 60 we broke some things in the target spacing line..
Everything should be working perfectly now, new wallets are being compiled asap!
So where is the download link to v1.1.3.1??
Come on guys as if its not bad enough waiting so long for confirms, I have coins that I can't access because of your mistake with the wallet.
