I have the same problem: I  bought two machines in March 24th and still I have not got anything.
I have written many emails but I do not respond anymore.
I also tried to call the number but there is only a recorded voice that takes my data and telephone contact but got no answers.

I'm starting a legal action: for anyone interested or has had the same treatment, please contact me.
