I it seems to download but now I get, "the archive is either unknown format or damaged". You have an alternate download location?
You can get that message if you are using an older unzip type utility. Seen it happen a lot with WINRAR for example.
The zip was created with 7-ZIP which you can get from here:
https://ninite.com/Highly recommend that site as it gets rid of the annoying "side-loaded" programs that are common these days.
Give that a shot and if you still have a problem I'll create a different archive for you.
