you knew that there are so many Chinese people want to invest this coin from these post, so you team take the initiative contact the bter in order to attract more and more Chinese investor - to get more BTC . Chinese man seems stupid.

I would verify that this is actually BTER. The NXT team got contacted by "mintpal" that said if they sent them "X" BTC that they would add it to the exchange. Turned out to be a scammer.
