Now, I login nicehash but don't show my wallet.

They changed wallets. Push button to create new. Coins are automatically transfered.

When you see your deposit address, it is clearly written:
Do NOT mine into this address directly! Mining payments to this address will be ignored!
How hard is it to understand that you shall not mine into this address. Make your own wallet and mine there.
