So I need to earn that much money in these 4 months

What type of party cost so much?
Well when you turn 18, its pretty huge I guess. or turning 21 is almost the same, but yeah $500 is probably for a DJ? and food etc?
But this is in East Croatia where someone's monthly wage is 200/month.
