I follow exactly for my Asus R9 290..it just cant get the hashrate u all getting..I'm not sure why..Currently max I can go is 3.6mh/s driver 13.12 with the below config..

for the speed boost you should use kernel x11/x13mod and clean install new drivers v14.6/rc2, like this:
