I don't understand who is mining NYC. There is not even a link at the "official" pool to vote at CoinPayments. Is it just a few cheap people with mining contracts??? Where are all the NYC miners votes? https://www.coinpayments.net/vote If you are mining and not voting the only conclusion I can come to is they are only mining to dump NYC on the market and keep price depressed.
