Not that I'm aware of.  The new coin will be 100% premine.  The coins will then be sold at a set price, increasing incrementally after each pot is sold. EVERY LAST satoshi received from selling the new coin will then be used to build walls just below the price of the previous pot and/or used during a trading game to see how many coins I can buy back. All coins bought back will then be destroyed. This will continue until all of the coins have been sold.

From that point on it will be switched to either POS or mineable. Pools can then be set up if we go the mining route. Multipools if not.
