The socialists will do anything they can to convince you the Galts are stupid. They will "get them" with 'fide. Sulfide shots in the arm to disorient them. They will gas them in their sleep growing up and hit them with disorienting or intelligence lowering agents, hit them with infectious disease or health problems at strategic times, sand down bicycle brakes and scar, discolor teeth. They will psychologically manipulate them. Relativity always wins and 1% of all humans exhibit sociopathy. Imagine you interacting with a person you would consider mentally disabled. The mentally disabled party does not always know he or she is mentally disabled. Only by relative behavioral comparison can he or she know and even then you may talk down to them and they will not know or comprehend you exhibit some superior ability to manipulate matter over them. Thus, if a sociopath were to create a culture of injections and sociopathic dominance he or she could lower the intelligence of all challengers and could control all of society and the economy and advocate contrived intelligence tests that did not test real intelligence. As long as the sociopath or the person who escaped the sociopaths does not display publicly those advanced abilities no relatively "lowered" person would know.

The result is the Galts have trouble executing, have social problems. Still, their ideas are good. If they can execute, further more extreme smear campaigns and denial of funding take place.
