There are some options;
- Someone wants very cheap coins and puts the price down for that
- Someone hates UTC and is trying to kill it
- Not enough buyers because everybody who wants UTC, allready has bought dozens of UTC @normal UTC market price (~0.003)

There are just some sell orders and everybody else is dumping or not even thinking about selling at this rediculous price.

At least I could dump some of my coins, in a normal situation that is succes for the price to go up....    (but at this price thats its not fair to UTC to dump)
