Since the implementation of worker names, I can see that my workers connection to NiceHash rarely goes over 1 minute...
Should start working with a white list if you ask me.
The only reason people are still renting their rigs to Nicehash is more or less because GPU miners have no real alternatives.
And when your customer base is your hostage, then solving their problems maybe doesn't look so urgent.
Still charging 2% fee (that we know of), and every server crash is an attack.
Feeling extremely bitter about this.
If you are bitter, then leave to do something else. For me the service has worked great for my hobby mining. I have two GTX 750 Ti and one GTX 650 Ti BOOST cards spread across two machines (which would always be on regardless of mining). Those three cards are making me between 0.002
BTC and 0.004
BTC per day for almost no effort on my part. The ROI is low, but the cards will still pay for themselves (even subtracting extra power cost) in time.
The connection stability issues are a concern but the overall downtime hasn't been enough for me to worry about switching services.
