OP is putting 20% on table.. and his idea..
someone in this thread is just supposed to help it sounds like...
An idea alone, with no skills, funding or anything else isn't quite worth 20%.

I'm partially responsible here. Just trying to say that they need to offer more to attract the right talent. Well funded startups have trouble attracting top talent with 6 figure salaries.
