* PHASE 3: WAITING PERIOD

• After the initial coin distribution, there will be a 7 day waiting period. During this time the Crypti coin distribution can be checked and possible complaints can be filed.
• I will NOT check each and every Crypti account to see whether this account received the correct amount of Crypti coins. Instead, I will use an automated tool provided by the Crypti team to get an overall look on the Crypti coin distribution. This tool is located here: http://crypti.me:11050/
• Should an investor feel that his account received the wrong amount of Crypti coins or no Crypti coins at all then he will need to contact the Crypti team as well as me.
• In case of disputes I will refer to the above distribution scheme.

Basically, you will trust a party that you were not supposed to trust? Unless you yourself look into each account how exactly will you be able to decide about anything? You are
not the one who is in control of Crypti coins so what happens if I received less or no coins but you afterwards "refer to the above distribution scheme", I'll end up without both
part of or all Crypti and all BTC?

Investors can and should check their Crypti balance on their own. If you (after 7 days) don't file a complaint then I can safely assume that you are happy with the amount of Crypti coins you received.
But if you file a complaint I will take a close look at your balance and see if there's anything wrong. If you did not receive the correct amount of Crypti coins then I will try to find a solution in consultation with you and the Crypti team, possibly refunding your BTC if there's no other way.

Other than that, how will you know what is my Crypti account? As far as I can see, the only place where I'm supposed to reveal it is Crypti website and only when reedeming my
coins. So, I use one Crypti address to reedem coins and give you some other one (0 coins there) or Crypti team starts claiming I reedemed coins to address they actualy control,
how will you decide who is right? Since you don't control Crypti coins, if you trust Crypti team on the matter I might end up without both Crypti and BTC. If you trust me then it
is Crypti team that might end up without both Crypti and BTC.

I don't have to trust anyone here, I just have to take a look at the signed messages. The only person who's able to sign a message with the sending BTC address is the person who has the private key. So only you are able to sign a message with your sending BTC address. In case of a dispute I will ask the Crypti team to provide the signed message (containing the Crypti account you gave them). They won't be able to forge this message because they don't have the private key of your address. So there's no doubt about the Crypti account number you sent them.
