I said from the beginning we can use escrow. Funny thing is after @Vod says he gave me the neg rep as a "warning" and that I should start building trust. I offer loans with good interest and with escrow and first user to comment spreads FUD all over my thread. Won't be easy to build trust this way.
It is a fair warning. You bought the account for .3 btc and now offering minimum loan of .5 btc with collateral.
Maybe post who you are willing to use as escrow.
