I feel your pain, but at least you had something saying they got it. I deposited $20 to Rockwell-Partners and... it just vanished. No evidence it was ever even sent, except from Coinbase. Not even in the blockchain, that I could find. How on earth is that even possible?

Just I got refund from them and one email that they lost control of website and some parts of database has been recovered and they are trying to refund all, email was from <
refund.mdc@gmail.com>.
My deposit was 1.12 BTC and 100% is refunded.
