If you buy at this price of ICO, that is not more than an IPO(but ipo sound scam nowadays), but still remain an ipo,i will burn my 10 gpu and mine most i can at launch and i can sell them at price i want, cause investor of ico surely will enter market when price reach at least 8k.
But who knows what amount is sold, and the remaining may be dumped. We have a lot of fair cyptos launched without premined for years now; IPO concept for crypto is quite recent, and is always scam.
