At current difficulty if you rent at 0.00075 BTC/MH/day for the 1000 block reward period you'll be break even if you're selling at around 1200 sat/coin. Anything above that = profit. And the difficulty will most certainly shoot up. Anyway, that said be prepared for the price to drop below 1k sat in the next few days.
at current diff, maybe. But for the last day, you will see diff like at least 700 to 1200.
