Windows:
We recommend deleting everything but wallet.dat in your username\appdata\roaming\VeriCoin folder and running the default installer settings. This will load up the full block and you will be on the splash screen for 30-60 minutes while it loads at the blockchain data.
Mac:
We recommend deleting everything but wallet.dat from user/library/applicationsupport/vericoin and putting these two files in this directory as well:

Thanks for these updates. Despite having to wade through all the FUD going on, it'll pass, Vericoin will be fine and stronger for this, all the people who have been using the coin just got a lot more faith in you guys imo, including me.
People who don't like what has been done here can continue to not use the coin or they can stay on the old fork with the thief, no one is forcing anyone to upgrade or change anything.
