Limit by date of registration is also not the right approach. In my example I will say that I do not like to talk, and prefer to do business, and therefore not registered before.
If you don't meet the requirements, you are not qualified. That's it!
Otherwise there are millions of fresh accounts who will participate.
I will have to agree, all though it is unfortunate that we will be denying these people entrance into the first months giveaway. It is still better that we protect the majority of users from scammers, rather than open our doors to scammers to protect a minority of users. If you create your account after July 1st you are welcome to enter into month 2 of the giveaway.

If we start seeing an usual amount of accounts created in july signing up for the august giveaway we can always ban them from taking part.
I am just saying - why loosen up the rules? We have so many participants by now already, why risk letting a horde of shill accounts in? Keeping the rule with the first of July registration is the only right thing to do IMO, if you are late then I am sorry, but you will still have the chance to swap PMC for PMP or buy PMP directly later. It's not like we are actively punishing people who came late, I mean, how much is the amount each individual gets going to be worth at the end of the day, anyway?
I am merely asking for you guys not to be guilt-trapped when the current rules are already pretty loose.
No one is changing the current rules, but can we really bar accounts created in July from taking part in the December giveaway in 5 months?
