present a challenge to build one because you need to buy/mine 1000 DRK's for each masternode. only after that you can earn DRK's with it. but you only need a cpu/gpu to instantly begin earning money with mining.


so, masternodes present an important value for the coin and they get their shares from overall coin production. Yes, I think it is fair.
