99% of pools are updated.
Following is my opinion on rollout of RC4.
With RC4 pools don't need to update their stratum servers, just update darkcoind.
(Some pools need to change 1/10 to 1/5)

These pools need to be updated. I don't have the ROI, I have expected on my masternode.
Could you enforce this issue. Darkcoin is the Best crypto invented, the others are not so creative.
99% of pool are updated for stratum, which is what counts.
When the fork is set, they'll have to update the wallets and 20% enforcement is on.
Right now only about 25% of all payments are 10% payouts.
These are UNBELIEVABLY spectacular stats.
