Note: A corrupted database can cause these errors.

1. BACKUP YOUR WALLET.DAT IF YOU DELETE THIS YOUR MONEY IS GONE!!

2. Go to folder  C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\bluecoin

3. Delete the blk* files and the database folder

If that does not work:

Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries may be missing from your machine.

Please make sure you have the latest Visual C++ Libraries downloaded on your computer which can be found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2019667

Once the libraries (2008, and 2010) are installed the .exe should execute.
