didn't have too much time today, but I did some work for a few wallet fixes. I will compile a new version tomorrow. Hopefully the gitian mac wallet build is fully working by then.

I expect the price of FRESH too rise soon, since most miners are done with dumping their FRESH.
From there we will get some miners back to FRESH.
