Email sent and two PMs. I've yet to get any sort of response or payment. Glad others are getting some partial payment back but when will I see a partial refund?
I provided detailed transaction IDs of my deposits and even subtracted the amount I was able to withdraw before the site shut down. Asking for a response/acknowledgement of my refund request. Is that too much to ask?
It just takes some time for him to verify the payments, and then BTC Arbs will contact you if you're in the list or need to provide more info. Took over a month for me, but things seem to be speeding up a little.
