When staking, would having several good sized blocks or one good block be better? Will multiple blocks in a single wallet stake at the same time? Or does it have to wait to complete a staked block?

Multiple outputs in a single wallet can be combined to stake in the same coinStake if they are controlled by the same "address"/pubKey. Honestly, this is not an optimum solution considering that CLAMS does not give a bonus reward based on output size.
Outputs controlled by separate "addresses"/pubKeys operate independently as far as staking is concerned.
Concerning optimum stake output size, this is ever changing as the network weight changes.
I don't believe anyone has done the math as of yet, though the distribution amount of ~4.6 CLAMS seems to stake quite well.
