Vericoin shows 11. I'd figure after that incident there would be a lot more.

What's "all nodes" mean?

I am not completely sure but I think this is the number of nodes that respond to the DNS seed. The number is probably so low because of the recent hard fork. It always has to be considered as rough approximation.
