The idea is basically to create a carbon cap-and-trade system based on bitcoin. Everyone shall receive a share and be able to lease it out to polluters.

Is it possible to lease out a share with Counterparty? Will it be possible in the future? In the project comment section I see Etherium mentioned several times but not Counterparty.
