So nobody is interested in making BTC commissions for selling my book. This is why Bitcoin is not yet mainstream. Lack of really good promotion.

Hahaha I meant Bitcoin isn't mainstream because we don't do enough to promote each other's products. I've got somebody's faucet rotator site on Satoshibox in my signature now when I could be doing another signature campaign. I was thinking that this would be a pretty basic, "scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" kind of thing. You might reference this video for an idea of what I mean.
