Please anyone tell me how to fix this ?

I've updated Cloakcoin wallet to 1.9.60 but still cannot complete sync.

If I delete everything in roaming/cloakcoin ( keep the cloakcoin.dat ) , I can complete sync, but my Coin = 0 ; if I copy the cloakcoin.dat back to, my coin still = 0 (the transactions information still in the wallet)
