I'm mining with slow laptop and I'm getting around 50khash/sec.
This is what I see in the doswindow:
[date][time] accepted: 331/335 (98.81), 53.66 Khash/s (yay!!!)
What these yay!!! lines actually mean?

means you are sending valid shares to the pool and its working correctly. If it says booo!! then you have got a problem.
