Are you looking for alts that do not have a PoW phase any more?
The newer generation PoW / PoS hybrids generally have a very short PoW state and then jump to PoS only with a high interest rate. Please see Mintcoin for instance; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=450381.0

Check various multipool site stats for altcoins which are supported but not mineable anymore. This could perhaps give many suggestions of PoW / PoS hybrids that are now PoS only. I cannot check more right now, but I'm sure that there must have been a couple dozen alts with an "instamining phase" PoW of hours - days -weeks that are now PoS only. Such alts may have a official multipool mining other altcoins and reinvesting the profits to support there coin on the crypto markets.
