From what I see anon is pretty popular but for all the wrong reasons. Coins of late that state Anon is coming have all had there issues and been pumped and dump till death. I think long term the powers that be will "try" and make Anonymity illegal. Otherwise some great ideas and excellent communication coming out of the GDN team..
