I had a target based on 6,250,000 coins and that should result in 4389 sats (for $150K). So i'm pretty happy with 28% less coins, this can result in a 1250sats higher price.
All based on technicals/altcoin history/community/etc.
Look at Pinkcoin for example, they were trading at $40K a long time before they hit $200K. I don't believe ICB will follow VOOT, unless DEV is playing it smart, i already try to contact DEV to give him my thoughts
