I don't know if this is good or bad news but I saw this in the source code-



He is Russian, which makes sense as the English in the OP is not standard. This could mean one of two things, either it's a scam and we will see another pump then gone or it's not a scam and we will see a pump then in future 30-50k.

But as someone familiar with different cultures I am pretty sure in countries like Russia and Asian countries they don't have our Western sense of morality or reputation (in a sense of seeming honest, another moral concept) but rather a very logical mindset.

I am of the mind that the dev is purposefully not posting to crash the price so he can buy back cheap coins after selling high. He will then release whitepaper and price will be back up.

It still has a very good chance of not being a scam. E.g. if I was the dev I would have sold a good amount like 500k over 5-6k then buy back at 2k or less if it goes there. Then launch whitepaper. if it's not a scam and he has over a million coins then when it moons he is rich, makes sense for him to fud his own coin.

The community on BitcoinTalk is very profit and 'free market' spirited, many people are completely happy with underhanded tactics dev used as long as they still profit themselves and they will laugh at weak hands selling now who don't know these tactics.

Even if this is a scam it doesn't make sense to not release whitepaper and pump back a little more, so selling now is bad if its a scam and terrible if it's legit.
