I am just saying that for the dev to fud his own coin might seem immoral or bad to most Western people but to many Asian cultures or Russian it might seem fair, in a sense of every man for himself as opposed to our christian belief of treating OTHERS with fairness, being moral, being honest and respectable.

In many countries outside the main Western world these concepts are respected by perhaps half the population or less.

Even in Western countries I think at least 10% of the population can be pretty immoral but it's way more in other countries.
