Larger exchange.. Seriously?

MintPal is miles away, we are fighting to get to the top 100 on their list (voting however still makes sense from psychological point of view). Bittrex, doesn't love coins like Diamond as we are not a high volume coin among other reasons that had been already discussed here. What other larger exchanges have u got in mind and how fast do you think we can get there and by what means. Any good and practical ideas are welcome.

Alcurex.. It's a new exchange, opened last month, devs there have personal touch to things and I'm pretty sure Diamond and Alcurex could find some common goals ..

I just tried to withdraw from Cryptsy again, I still have DMD stuck there ... what use is a huge exchange if it is not working   I will NEVER use Cryptsy again and just hope they can get their S%^& together so I can get my DMD off there ...
Alcurex is working and we should be grateful they adopted us and give them our support to succeed.
