This is what SealsClub uses for their Bitcoin Poker. I had done some research on this poker module for an LTC poker Room.
Would work great with the following caveats...
--- it does require dedicated windows server which could get pricey for monthly hosting,
--- you need some coding on the front end to register users and convert LTC to poker chips.
