When astronomers from around the world want a precise measurement, they bounce lasers off of 1 of 3 retroreflectors left on the moon by Apollos 11, 14 and 15. They're exactly where NASA says they should be. Mythbusters demonstrates this before your very eyes.

Again, I'm not saying that's wrong, fabritacted or anything. I actually am a firm believer that the moon landing has taken place and all those mirrors are actually there. I am, just for the sake of the argument and nothing else, saying that you can't actually be sure until you've seen those mirrors or the vehicles for yourself or performed an according experiment on your own!
