Are you familiar with Tor ?
It can be used with Bitcoin-qt and possibly other clients.
That will hide your IP from other nodes seeing who sent the TX, in case they are logging them...I am not sure they do though

Or, you can simply use Tor browser to access http://blockchain.info/pushtx or https://btc.blockr.io/tx/push to push your tx to the network.
