My concern is when it hits an exchange, how sure am i that you huys won't dump that 10% charity and bail?
Do you really think we would put so much energy and effort in this project and bail with 10% of couple of days mining?
Later, we will try to "spend" charity funds gradually, not to cause any shock to the market.

Yes, this is it. It's not very likely that devs would spend so much time in developing nice custom made wallet, very professional looking website, working pools just to dump the charity fund after couple of days. Makes no sense.
