so I guess I have been scammed. Although, how come nobody picked this up before I I tried to google this mob and nobody is reporting as scam. hmmm .... how long does Paypal take to refund my money ?

did you use a credit card with PayPal? I only use my Discover Card with PayPal. You can then stop payment thru the credit card and not rely on PayPal which can be slow to react.
