I see you also posted the tiny version of your design.  I nearly missed it, because your other submission is so big and a bit overwhelming for me: I feel that you have too many things in there, too busy.
Or, as the emperor said to Mozart: 'too many notes!'   

Here is your small design again: would you try to make it simpler, if you can?
